BAR lecture series: Anti-discrimination Law in Different (Legal) Cultures – Strategies, Impacts, Failures

For its `guest performance` at the FU-Berlin, BAR (i.e., the Berlin Working Group on Socio-legal Studies) has invited four international experts on anti-discrimination law: Prof. Dr. Susanne Baer (HU Berlin), Prof. Dr. Beate Rudolf (FU Berlin), Prof. David Oppenheimer (Golden Gate University, San Francisco) und Dr. Matthias Mahlmann (FU Berlin). Professor Helen Hartnell (Golden Gate University & DAAD Chair for Anglo-American Law, FU Berlin) will chair the round table, which will discuss the goals, strategies and impacts of antidiscrimination law in the U.S., in Germany, and in the European Union.
